TourMyDay is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, together with the terms below.
Subscriptions
Planning trips requires TourMyDay Pro, offered as weekly, monthly or yearly subscriptions, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that. A free trial, where offered, turns into a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel before. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings under your Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Plans are guidance
Opening hours, prices, closures and routes come from public data sources and can be wrong or out of date. Holidays, events and renovations change them without notice. Please check important visits with the venue before you go. Walking and taxi times are estimates. Mobixoft LLC is not responsible for closed venues, missed reservations or other losses arising from relying on a plan.
Content and credits
Place data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL), Wikidata (CC0) and Overture Maps; photos come from Wikimedia Commons under the licences credited in the app.
